Maybe useful, may be not.
I don’t ever really see a noticeable difference when I wash my cottons using one of these v normal Miele detergent.

These ‘caps’ make a difference
Using the TWIN DOS system is excellent but it can be enhance with different ‘pods’ available from Miele. We have a selection of them and each type is used ‘as needed’. The ‘cotton pods’ are indeed fit for purpose.
