Miele will distribute all accessories, benchtop appliances, cleaning and care products and vacuum cleaner product/s via Australia Post to any location within the Commonwealth of Australia as specified in the order confirmation. A delivery charge of $12 will apply to any order under $85. On-line orders over $85 will be despatched free of charge. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery, add 2 working days for delivery outside metropolitan areas.

Miele will deliver all metropolitan major domestic appliance orders free of charge on the date specified on your order confirmation. Miele's installation and disposal services will be available, if ordered prior delivery.

A $65 delivery fee will apply to all non-metropolitan major domestic appliance orders and these deliveries will be a door to door, street level service.  Unfortunately, with deliveries to these areas, Miele is unable to deliver into your home or offer installation or removal services so please contact your local service provider if you require these additional services.

Miele will use reasonable commercial endeavours to distribute the product/s within specified time periods. If Miele is unable to deliver the product/s (by reason of inventory shortage, transportation difficulties or otherwise), it will use reasonable commercial endeavours to do so within a reasonable period after the specified time period. 

Miele is not liable for failed deliveries as a result of the supply of incorrect or inaccurate address details. Should Miele be required for whatever reason to re-distribute a product, a re-redistribution fee will be payable to Miele prior to the re-distribution of the product/s.

What is an Australia Post Collection Point?

Select a convenient and free local collection point from more than 4,500 locations Australia-wide. Locations include supermarkets, pharmacies, Post Offices and 24/7 Parcel Lockers. In the checkout, choose the “Australia Post Collect” tab and type in your suburb to see available locations near you. Your order will be delivered to your chosen location and you’ll receive an email or text notification when it is ready to collect.

What are retail partner host locations?

Currently Australia Post Collect is live in selected IGA, Mitre10, Priceline, Best Friend Pets and My Pet Warehouse locations Australia-wide. This network is rapidly growing as we continue to add more host locations. This is in addition to over 3900 Australia Post sites and 450+ 24/7 Parcel Lockers.

How does an Australia Post Collect “Host” location handle a collection?

The host location will have a dedicated scanner that will be used to scan the customer barcode (received via email) and scan the parcel barcode. The transaction should take around 30 seconds on average.

How long does a parcel stay at a collection point before being returned?

- For Collect at Post Office and Retail Partner: 10 days
- For Collect at Parcel Locker: 48 hours (before it is transferred to a Post Office)

What are the size restrictions for Australia Post Collection Points?

Collect at 24/7 Parcel Lockers:

- Parcels larger than 39cm x 36cm x 64cm
- Parcels heavier than 16 kg
- Parcels containing alcohol or perishables
- Parcels requiring proof of identity
- Parcels requiring payment on delivery
