The new countertop extractor can be installed next to all SmartLine elements. When installing it next to a gas element, it is essential to use the flexible FlameGuard. It consists of the countertop extractor lid and adjusts automatically when in use, stays in place with a magnet and can be placed on either side of the extractor. This prevents flames from being drawn into the extractor.
