Charcoal filter blocks the sliding action sometime
The charcoal filter doesn’t fit the slot firmly. Sometimes, it moves down and block the closing of the rangehood after slided out. It’s better if there is something to fix it in the position.

It is a bit difficult to find this spare part as the description is differed from the one described in the manual. However, the "Chat" is very useful and helpful. Chat helped me to identify this "part". I suggest that if there is any doubt, use the "Chat" function, it is fast and efficient.
