Gourmet Griddle Plate and Gourmet dish.
We absolutely love the Gourmet dish and decided to buy the griddle plate. It is a wonderful addition to our Miele range. Cooks veggies to perfection and meat and sausages are also very good. We even brought it to the table and placed it on a pizza stone so as to keep our dinner warm whilst we were eating. I would recommend both dishes to anyone who loves cooking and eating beautifully grilled food.

Good but at the usual Miele markup!
It's a cast iron griddle with a non stick coating and must be used on a lower setting as per Miele instruction manual - so I don't feel you can sear meat or chargrill anything with this item. Super expensive for what it is but I guess time will tell!

Instructions say to use an 8 setting but this is not hot enough to achieve what the product is reputed to do. It is difficult to cook steak evenly even for rare.
