So good that I bought a second one!
I love this pan. This is my second. The first came as a promo gift with the oven in 2014. After 9 years it needed replacing. I have found after years experience with non stick that the use of olive oil can degrade them. It has a lower temp smoking point and tends to burn in the pan, affecting the non stick surface over time. I now use rice bran oil so hopefully I can extend the life. I also used the previous pan to roast tomatoes for tomato paste. I think given the quantity of tomato, the acid in them also affected the surface. I have kept the old pan for paste and relish making.
The new one is so good with roast meats and vegetable and I look forward to many, many years of use.

Holds heat well so great for roast meats & vegetables or oven chips. Easy to clean.
