Great product but terrible value
Great product but terrible value, I didn't realize it was only one clean per pack! $17 to clean machine once a bit much. Packaging made from harder to recycle material also. Miele need to up the sustainability with their cleaning products (Not their appliances but their detergents, fabric softener etc.) to be biodegradable, made with more natural ingredients, have less packaging waste and be better for the planet.

I love this product
This product is fabulous. My Miele washing machine had a real pong that contaminated my clothes. We'd done everything we could think of, cleaning the filter etc etc. I was using essential oils in the wash to cover the pong. And then I found this product. All gone. I've bought a year's supply!
