I'm buying a second, I love it that much!
I'm so glad the sales assistant talked me out of another brand (that was more expensive) and into this. I've had this for over a month now and love it. Yes it can be heavy (but same weight as brands with similar features), however I set it up with the barrel in the lower setting and redistributes the weight nicely. I have two batteries and swap between them but find they last well. The low or mid setting is more than ample for most vacuums and only on a deep clean do I use the high setting that uses up the battery faster.
I love the light, automatic floor detection and attachment for sensitive rugs. The proof of the quality is however in the amount of dust I find in the barrel. I'm now buying a second for our other property.

Triflex HX2 Pro Cordless Vacuum - :(
This vacuum is heavier to manoeuvre. The battery doesn’t last very long. On the slowest setting I’m lucky to get 20 minutes of vacuuming done, so if you buy this product make sure you buy two batteries. The parts are flimsy. Wheels have come adrift numerous times and the cover for the tank is made with plastic and easily broke. I’ve only been using mine for four months now and so many issues. I tried to get a refund but that process was a complete fail. I definitely would not recommend this machine.

Love the two batteries
Bought when first released. Initially was looking for the pet version (as live on a property with animals) but due to limited stock availability purchased this one. Love having two batteries and the lit head. Really helps see any free floating hairs or sand.

Great suction ….when I can get it to go
Really great suction. Does what it is supposed to but have trouble getting it started. Have to take the battery out ( already Charged) and put it on the charger again then it will start. Bit of a pain.

Miele HX2 battery problem.
Good machine changing batteries is a bit tricky you have to push the new one in and out of the charger to get it to turn on.

Very disappointed
I received this for my birthday from my son . I’m so disappointed as it’s not what I expected. I wanted to simplify with a upright vacuum, but I’m using my old one instead.
