Very disappointing
This design is a good idea, if only it worked as it should. Once the brush is swivelled to the desired setting (angle), it does not stay there when in use. Ie, the brush continues to swivel once the brush is placed against the surface of the cupboard, ceiling etc. As a result, a lot of time is spent swivelling the brush back to the desired setting only for it move again once in use. In order for the product to work, the user needs to hold the brush in the desired setting with their hand when in use. This means that I
need to attach the brush to the end of the handle and stand on a chair to clean the top of the fridge or cupboard rather than attach it to the end of the tube and stand on the floor, as is the intended design of the product. The product would work well if the user could lock the brush into the desired setting (angle) after swivelling it. I would be happy to provide further explanation as required.
