Should not have to purchase
I have only used my new washing machine for about 2 months and now have to buy an empty cartridge, and on top of that have to pay for shipping. I wouldn't have expected to pay over $3,5000 for the machine and then find I need a pay for a cartridge to clean it. I was never told of this when purchasing.

Expensive empty plastic bottle
Whilst the container itself serves the purpose and is good, it is very frustrating that when buying such an expensive machine this empty plastic bottle that is required for future servicing and longevity of the machine performance is not simply included with primary purchase.

Refill container 1 is the same as refill 2.
Your info reads as in you need both for maintenance but really could have used the same one.
