Secure grip for more control: the knobshave a textured surface, making them incredibly convenient and easy to use.

Easy to clean and corrosion-resistant: the surfaces of the top-heat grill are made entirely of stainless steel, which means they can withstand high temperatures and bad weather. At the same time, the stainless steel elements echo the clean design of the outdoor kitchen.

The stainless steel grilling grate is particularly robust and, with the right care, extremely long-lasting. Ideal for perfectly grilled steaks or crispy gratins.

Even heat for even results: the ceramic surface burner on the top of the housing ensures that the heat is perfectly distributed, grilling steaks, pizza and other dishes to perfection.

Thanks to the large ceramic surface burner with an output of 19.8 MJ/h, the top-heat grill can reach temperatures of up to 900 °C. It cooks steaks so that they are crispy on the outside but pink and juicy on the inside.^*

No long waits: the Sear Pro reaches an impressive 850 °C in just 3 minutes. The extreme heat creates intense roasting flavours for golden-brown, crispy crusts – ideal for steaks and other classic grilled dishes that need to be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.^*

Thanks to its wide temperature range, the Sear Pro is ideal for preparing a wide variety of dishes, including tender steaks, creamy gratins and sweet desserts.

Maximum heat from above: a large infrared ceramic surface burner with an output of 19.8 MJ/h is located on the top of the top-heat grill.

The modules of the Miele Outdoor Kitchen are designed to work seamlessly together, offering endless possibilities for customisation and expansion. The accessories integrate just as effortlessly, ensuring maximum flexibility.

Place your order, take delivery, connect, start cooking: all modules are delivered ready assembled and simply need to be connected. Cables and hoses are routed inside the modules, staying hidden and maintaining the clean look of the outdoor kitchen.

The telescopic runners allow the stainless steel grill grate to slide smoothly in and out, making it easier to load, check and remove food.​

Whether steak or vegetables, the height of the grill grate can be adjusted quickly and easily via a knob – for precise control of the cooking temperature and more flexibility when choosing food.

The hot grilling grate from the top-heat grill can be removed and replaced safely and effortlessly with the MultiHero universal handle made of durable cast iron.

Press, turn, ignite: the burner ignites conveniently and reliably using the stainless steel rotary control and the Push and Turn Ignition mechanism.

The drip tray and the rails inside the Sear Pro can be removed individually and cleaned in a dishwasher. The interior of the Sear Pro can be easily wiped out if necessary.

For easy cleaning: an integrated stainless steel tray catches excess liquids such as marinades, sauces or fat. The tray can be cleaned in the dishwasher after use.

The drip tray and the grilling grate are made of durable, easy-care materials. They are dishwasher-safe, making them particularly easy to clean.
