Safety thanks to an additional sensor
The Water Control System (WCS) monitors the water intake with a water level sensor. Water intake is stopped automatically if the normal water level is not reached. If there is water leakage inside the machine, the inlet valve inside the machine closes and water in the suds container is pumped away. A float switch in the drip tray also detects leaking water.

Washes well when it works!
Washes well and plenty of washing options however at least 5 times now the digital pad has not worked meaning I can’t use my washing machine. So far it has come back to working either within a few hours or days but it’s extremely frustrating when we spent soo much on a new washing machine. We contacted Miele who couldn’t send out a technician for a month. They gave options for a local electrician who we are waiting on to try and fix. Very disappointed considering the price point.

Still not right
After three attempts by service people to get the machine going it is finally working. However the screen display is still not right. Would be nice to have a follow up call and get that fixed.

Love it! It is so easy to do washing now. The clothes come out clean and thanks to the twin dose, each wash is clean every time. The machine is easy to use and has a large capacity to do small to large load of washing. I also want to add that the customer service has been great and Miele lives up to its brand name. The best brand of washing machines and excellent service.

Love this machine
What a machine! I have had my machine 5 months now and I thought it was time to sing it praise. My washing comes out smelling so fresh and clean each and every load. Even the bath mats come out clean. Love that what ever I throw at this machine it has no problem. Was a little noisy at the start, but after a few washes nothing the only time I hear it now is when it is spinning and finished

Washing machine
Bought my washer 3 years ago. Worst buy ever. Leaves soap in the door. Have to always spin the clothes out again.
The message comes up quite often “ turn on tap” but have asked repeatedly what this means but no answer.
