Hub-5000 gourmet casserole
This casserole is perfect to cook vegetables, roasts and assorted bakes. Food seems to taste better. It is a good size. Easy to clean.

Great for roasting in oven
Was gifted the Oven Dish and love the quality of the roast it produces, but am disappointed this is not also induction capable. The size would have been perfect for our induction cooktop while leaving two other induction plates available for other cooking.

Great while it lasted
I bought the hub 5000m two years ago. I’ve used it almost daily on the hob and weekly in the oven. Unfortunately, the coating has broken away. Always carefully washed. I’m nervous to use it any more. A lot of money, so not cost effective.

Most used dish in my kitchen
I bought this dish and the large one several years ago and use them on a regular basis. I would not be without these in my kitchen, they are just the best. Easy cleaning, cooks perfectly and evenly every time. As the other reviewer said, everything seems to taste so much better from these dishes. I would recommend purchasing, you won't regret it.
