The Water Control System (WCS) monitors the water intake with a water level sensor. Water intake is stopped automatically if the normal water level is not reached. If there is water leakage inside the machine, the inlet valve inside the machine closes and water in the suds container is pumped away. A float switch in the drip tray also detects leaking water.

Smart app not worth the extra money.
The smart app is not as useful as it could be. It does not seem to be worth the extra money for the capability to look at the status of the machine. I would have thought you could store favourite settings in a profile. There is no ability to silence the very loud finish alarm and just notify you through app. The door is not reversible. Otherwise, very well made.

Leaking rubber seal repaired promptly
I had to have a technician come out and change the rubber seal around the door a week after I got the machine. It was leaking dripping water every time I opened the door. The technician was prompt and efficient and the machine no longer leaks. The machine seems to wash well and is lovely and quiet.

Clean and quiet
The washing machine is amazingly quiet. It has a lot of functions that caters to washing different materials, colours and loads. Clothes appear cleaner and brighter than my previous washing machines.

I absolutely love my Miele washing machine. Has so many different programs to cater for my clothes. It’s quiet and washes really well. Love the app on my phone as I can track my washing and start my load from work.

Amazing product
I’ve used a top loader for over 30 years. This front loader is absolutely amazing. Suits my needs perfectly. The the start from my mobile is another feature which I use all the time. I can start my wash while I’m at working so it’s finished when I arrive home.
