WPS also features a double solenoid valve directly at the stopcock. In the event that the first valve is defective, the second one closes the inlet. The sheathed inlet hose also ensures the highest level of safety: in the event of damage to the inner hose, water flows down the outer sleeve into the floor tray. Like the WCS, the WPS also features intelligent sensor technology: leakages are detected and the water intake is terminated.

Premium Washing Machine
This is an excellent washing machine, very quiet, extremely stable when spinning and has a good range of detergents that can be used. Also has a good range of washing programs that cover all types of products and types of wash required. The combination of auto dos with the Miele detergents is very good at getting clothes clean.

Good performance good service poor quality
I got three washing machines in total, two replacements from Miele, the first two came faulty, one was leaking and the other didn’t go to 1600rpm at all, the third one was working about 3 months before faulty but sometimes sounds strange like the drum was hitting the chassis. Technician from Saxon told me washing 4 pieces of towels are too heavy to the machine and I lost support because of this as well, we’re telling as a commercial user when using rooms for Airbnb so the machine must designed for only half bath house owners, four pieces of towels are even not a full set, but are still too much for the machine, I guess two bath towels once is maximum? I have to wash one towel at a time after that to make sure it’s not too heavy, but it didn’t make any better and the problem is till there. Performance is good, washed clean and fresh and came out very dry. Service is good, people work for Miele are nice. Improve the quality is a must or the good reputation will be ruined. The review here is only wishing Miele has an eye on this issue. Improve the quality instead of just increasing the price. We bought $3000 but now $4000. 30% increasing within a year.

Love my new washing machine!
First time to have a Miele washer and I'm very impressed with the quietness of it and how well it washes and spins the water out of the clothes. Drying time is shortened and the clothes are definitely cleaner using the twin dose detergent system. The 9 kg wash load has been very handy as is the Quick wash function fort those times when you need the wash done faster.

Love my new Miele WWR 860 washing machine. It is simple to use and my clothes are sparkling clean, no more soaking clothes in napisan to remove stains and i am spending much less time handwashing delicates with the hand wash cycle.

Never worked from day of installation!
I purchased this machine in November but it failed immediately. Took Miele almost a month to replace the machine and the second one didn't work either! Faulty power units used in this and the top model. They eventually replaced this model with the next one down but that was a total lemon and has been returned to Miele for a refund!

Miele Excellence
Another Miele piece of perfection. I am German born, and never had anything else but a washing machine from Miele in the past 40 years. And this one is an amazing advancement in technology, just sold our last one 6 years old. Love the twin dos, the options menu is very intuitive and easy to navigate. Most of all, the washing result is excellent. Little water usage, long washing cycles, and clean clothes. Very silent machine too. All stars from me. Thank you Miele :-))

Hot and cold water
It has a cold and hot water intake but it never seems to take on hot water. Manual not very helpful in resolving this.

Very easy to use and has heaps of features.
Very quiet.
Big capacity.
Lots of different options for detergents/powders/caps/twin dos.
Even tells my phone when it’s finished washing.
