Terrible for Pets
I’ve had this vacuum for around 12 months and I regret purchasing it. If you have a pet with long hair, do not waste your money!! The suction is great, and for a cord vacuum it moves really well however for the price point and being marketed as a pet vacuum it is deeply flawed. The roller brush cannot be removed and you physically have to cut the hair out of the roller each time. It is time consuming and often quite difficult to do because of the way the roller has been designed. Additionally, the manual is really underwhelming and doesn’t provide much detail at all about the best way to use each of the heads. Hate hate hate this vacuum.

Good vacuum but poor design features
The power of this vacuum is great, but the design lets it down. The turbo brush gets full of fibres and hair and you can’t undo the head to get it out. We replaced the turbo head already because the first broke within 12 months. Also the handle has a built in brush that is very hard to move in and out, it is a stupid design and unnecessary if they supplied an attachment separately. Again that part broke within 12 months and because they only sell the replacement as one unit it’s over $150 to replace. It is my 3rd Miele vacuum and they have all been powerful and good at first, this last one is a big let down.

Ok product
I purchased this week the Blizzard CX1 Excellence. It's a good vacuum cleaner with great suction. However, while using the vacuum cleaner for the first time, one of the bristles from the attached brush fell out. Today while using it for the second time, two more fell out. For the price you pay for this vacuum cleaner, I must say the quality is not that great.
The floor head is bulky, making it difficult to clean corners and tight spaces. I assume I have to purchase the hard floor twister to get the job done.
Overall an ok vacuum cleaner.

Unhappy
I researched this vacuum extensively and convinced hubby to spend the $$. Whilst I agree the suction is amazing I have had no end of problems with the turbo head. It has failed me twice and now I'm out of warranty and the replacement has failed. Same issue. I'm now out of pocket to replace it. Twice the roller stops, once was after trying to clean. The turbo head was main reason I purchased. Be warned turbo head does not last long.

Brilliant suction
I brought this a year ago and it is the best vacuum that I owned. My vacuum's normally only last just past the warranty period. I have killed three Dyson's and brought a miele which is over 5 years old. I decided to upgrade to this and give hubby the older bagged miele for his shed. I love the bagless feature and the ease of use. I have 7 cats and thisd vacuum does a purrfect job.

Wish I had never bought this.
I have had this for 6 months and hate it. It is too heavy, the hande is thick and the seams in the handle rub my hands making them sore. It doesn't pick up pet hair any better than my old Nilfisk, and not sure it will last. The brush on the handle has been replaced as all the bristles fell out after 3 weeks. Stupid design and now the handle goes up and down.
I have to keep stopping to look behind to see how full it is.
Friends and people with dogs have asked if I like it and lent it to them to try and they don't like it either. Glad I don't have stairs.
For nearly $1000.00 I expected better.

Not worth the money
Bad design. I am now on the third brush part on the handle. First one the bristles fell out after a week. Second one the thing went up and down catching my hands. Thrid one is jammed so can't use it.
Carpet manufacturers say don't use the turbo on pile carpet and without it doesn''t do any better than my 20 year old Nilfisk. It is heavy, and you have to stop to look at the container in the back to see if it is full. The handle is rough so have put fleece around it. Pros the turbo brush does a fabulous job, but can't use it on loop pile carpet.

Inadequate basic function
This machine does not allow the user to dust skirting boards, with any sort of ease. This is because the dusting brush is attached (permanently) to the end of the handle; it cannot be attached to the end of the tube. This means that the user must either sit on a chair or kneel on the floor to vacuum the skirting boards. I believe this is a totally unreasonable expectation for such an expensive cleaner. I have owned a number of vacuum cleaners to date in my life time and all of them included a dusting brush which could be attached to the end of the tube and handle. NB: This is the first Miele product I have purchased and it has been the most expensive vacuum cleaner that I have ever purchased.
Also, the plastic has broken on the dusting brush so some bristles have fallen out. (Please see the three photos attached). I am the only person who uses the cleaner and do not use it in a reckless manner or for a purpose it has not been designed for. So, the brittle plastic has broken under normal use.
I would be happy to provide more information as required.
