Poor quality
I've recently had this unit installed. I bought Miele thinking the quality would be great, but I've been disappointed. The internal structure means I can't fit as much as my old cheaper dishwasher, poor use of space. The door and draws have no resistance so the door slams open and slams shut, same as the drawers. It also doesn't dry well, I have to towel dry afterwards. There's also a bad smell that doesn't go away after multiple uses. Overall it feels low quality.

Lasted 8 months $900 to fix.
Washed dishes very well basket setup was good. Not fit for purpose as motherboard failed 8 months old due to Australian cockroaches, wasn't designed to handle cockroaches which as very common in Australia. How hard is it to seal a motherboard? We have had many dishwasher and none including a very cheap unit that was purchased for $600 have lasted more than 5 years.

I am very disappointed with my dishwasher. It is so noisy it sounds as if the water is running onto the floor. Impossible to use in our open plan house while we are home.
